In-Plane Masks

The stacking order of in-plane masks is significant to how they add and subtract to produce the final mask. Their stacking order is within all the in-plane masks on a single tracker; it is completely separate from the layering of the various planar masks. Unlike the layering of the trackers, there is no visible list that shows the ordering; you should be able to discern it and manipulate it pretty easily without such a list.
