Creating and Managing a Custom Preset Library

Scenario. You want to organize frequently used presets (e.g., export settings, viewport layouts) into a dedicated preset library, separate from the default User and Scene presets. This allows you to maintain a structured workflow and quickly access your preferred configurations.

Open the Workflow Presets Manager. Navigate to Edit > Manage Workflow Presets.

Create a New Preset Library.

Click Actions at the top-right.

Select Create New Preset Library.

Enter a descriptive name (e.g., Custom_Export_Settings, Personal_Viewport_Layouts).

Click OK to create the new library.

Once created, the library will appear in the Scene hierarchy, allowing you to manage and access it like other preset sources.

Add Presets to Your Library. In the left pane, navigate to /User or /Scene to locate the presets you frequently use. Drag and drop the selected presets into your newly created library.

Save the Library. Open the Actions menu again. Select Save Source to store your library, ensuring all changes are preserved.
